Merrill Engineering & Integration Valve Testing Machines
For over 45 years, Merrill Engineering & Integration’s success has been built on a strong foundation. Utilizing the latest finite element analysis tools, our engineering team develops base and column structures that are extremely rigid and form the foundation for a safe and reliable test. These massive structures are constructed at our 400,000 sq. ft. sister company (Merrill Fabricators) and then are transferred to another one of our sister companies (Merrill Tool and Machine) a 120,000 sq. ft. precision machining facility for finish machining. The completed parts are transported to Merrill Engineering & Integration for final assembly. This is the type of in-house control that allows us to produce quality test equipment, in a short timeframe, at an economical price.
Merrill Engineering & Integration manufactures vertical and horizontal test machines for valves ranging from ½” diameter up to 60” diameter, with pressures up to 30,000 psi. We provide single and multi-station machines depending on your production requirements.
The control system is the heart of the machine. Using either Allen Bradley or Siemens hardware, Merrill Engineering & Integration’s custom user interface screens make it easy for the operator to run the machine, see the test sequence, and debug any issues with the cycle. During the design phase of the project, the screens will be reviewed with and approved by the customer.
